I’ve spent nearly 30 years helping injured New Yorkers take their lives back.
As a New York personal injury attorney with deep roots in this city, I’ve handled hundreds of serious cases—construction accidents, car crashes, wrongful death claims—and taken many of them all the way to trial. I know how high the stakes are for my clients, and I treat each case like it matters—because it does.
I was born and raised in New York City by a Dominican immigrant mother who worked hard to support three sons. I know what it means to struggle—and what it means to fight for something better. That’s what led me to law. I earned my entire education here in NYC, from grade school to law school, and I’ve been practicing in the city ever since. The courtroom became my battlefield, and advocating for injured people became my purpose.
I started this firm to offer the kind of representation I’d want for my own family: skilled, honest, and ready to fight when needed. I don’t believe in treating clients like files or numbers. While I do have a team that supports the legal process, I stay actively involved and accessible throughout the case.
