HOW OUR FEES WORK
We believe in transparency—so you always know what to expect before moving forward.
PERSONAL INJURY CASES:
You pay nothing upfront. Our standard fee is contingency-based: we receive one-third of your total settlement or court award, and only if we win your case. If there’s no recovery, you owe nothing.
ADOPTION & KINGAP CASES:
For adoptions and guardianships through the foster care system, legal fees are typically paid by the state. For private adoptions, our standard flat fee starts at $4,500 for a straightforward case. Complex cases may require additional time and filings, which can affect the final fee—but we’ll always review the details with you and provide a clear estimate in advance.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU REACH OUT
We know reaching out to a lawyer can feel overwhelming—but we keep it simple and respectful. When you contact our office, you’re not committing to anything—just starting a conversation about your options.
If your case involves a personal injury, there’s no fee unless we win. We take a standard one-third contingency fee from any settlement or court award. If it’s a family law matter like adoption or KinGAP, we’ll walk you through what the process and costs look like upfront.
After you submit the form:
