It depends. Adoptions and KinGAP matters through the foster care system are paid for by the state. For private adoptions, the standard flat fee starts at $4,500 for a straightforward case which covers an entire adoption from start to finish. However rates may vary depending on the complexity of the case. We’ll provide a full explanation of fees based on your situation up front during your case evaluation—no surprises.

Yes. Luis personally reviews every family law case and works closely with clients throughout the process. You’ll also have support from trained staff to help with paperwork, scheduling, and communication, but your case is always under Luis’ guidance.
